I can not run the game!

Hello!

I have installed the game 3 days ago and i cant open the game. I have deleted and re-installed it once and its still not working properly. E-mail/Password screen opens, i write my information down and when i click ''Log In'' button launcher closes itself and never runs the game. Once, surprisingly, i got in the game and created a character but when i start to move my character game shut down itself again. I have read some issues similar to my problem, i have closed and re-opened my laptop for a refresh but nah its not working. Do anyone knows why? Is it because my laptop old?
